we screen print the solder paste using a DEK 240 manual
printer with a maximum board size of 180mm x 360mm. A choice of solder pastes is available dependent upon component
types
the boards are soldered using a Reddish SM1500 convection
reflow oven with a maximum board width of 300mm
all printed circuit board assemblies are inspected both
before and after soldering
