hand soldering
we use weller temperature controlled soldering irons
the tip size, temperature and type of solder is specified on
the worksheet for each individual assembly
some printed circuit board assemblies require hand soldering
because the type of board or the batch size means that it is more cost
effective to use hand soldering rather than wave soldering
where printed circuit boards require cleaning after
soldering
the components which are sensitive to the cleaning process
will be fitted
after cleaning and
hand soldered with low residue solder
